At Exline, Inc., we’ve been rebuilding, repairing, and restoring some of the biggest engines and industrial equipment in the industry for over 150 years. What You’ll Do

- Rebuild and maintain large industrial engines and equipment to exacting standards.

- Use precision tools—micrometers, dial indicators, depth gauges—to ensure flawless measurements.

- Operate and maintain hand tools, mechanical equipment, and specialized technical instruments.

- Follow all DOT and safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

- Troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment both independently and in team settings.

- Step in on additional duties as assigned—no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience & Education: High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 months of relevant mechanical experience (or equivalent).

- Mechanical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and safety documents.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on troubleshooting in varied situations with sound judgment.

- Communication: Clear interaction with teammates, supervisors, and customers.

- Safety Focus: Commitment to PPE use and successful completion of safety training.

What It’s Like to Work Here

- Industrial shop environment with exposure to mechanical parts, heat, vibration, fumes, and occasional extreme temperatures.

- Loud work environment—PPE and hearing protection provided and required.

Physical Requirements

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance).

- Strong hand-eye coordination and precise visual focus.
