Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing / Office Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing social media / administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and marketing. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing marketing support tasks, front desk duties, handling multi-line phone systems, and assisting with clerical tasks for both LaGasse Machine & Fabrication as well as Stonegoose Farms. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
- Maintain & Manage Social Media as well as Website
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing, organization of documents, and general office management.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize SAGE / Quickbooks / Microsoft Access for bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Support administrative functions including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Maintain computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Social medial skills and website skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks / SAGE and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong clerical experience with an emphasis on data entry and filing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language (bilingual preferred).
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all work.
