Overview:

We’re hiring a hands-on team member to support assembly, injection molding, and CNC operations. This is a fast-paced, multi-role position for someone who likes to stay busy, solve problems, and learn new skills.

Experience is preferred but not required—we train and promote based on performance and attitude.

What You’ll Do

- Perform light assembly work with high attention to quality

- Support injection molding and CNC operations (training provided)

- Prep materials, tools, and jobs for production

- Keep work areas organized and running efficiently

- Jump in where needed to keep production moving

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

- Manufacturing, assembly, CNC, or molding

- Mechanical or hands-on background

- Carpenters who can read prints are also a good fit.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
