Manufacturing Assembler

Eck Plastic Arts, a custom manufacturer with an expertise in processing plastics for original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s), is seeking to hire a goal oriented, Manufacturing Assembler. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

This is a first-shift position with a minimum of 40 hours per week at a competitive base compensation including a full benefit package.

Responsibilities:

This job description is a general guideline of the responsibilities and duties of an injection molding machine operator. The employee may be asked to perform additional task or duties as deemed necessary by management.

- Perform light-duty manual assembly of parts and subassemblies

- Mark parts using labels, stamps, or other identification methods

- Apply labels accurately according to work instructions

- Inspect parts for basic quality and completeness

- Follow written and verbal work instructions

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Meet productivity and quality standards

- Follow all safety and company policies sending parts to the next operation.

Qualification requirements

- Good communication, organizational, time management, mathematical skills.

- Ability to work independently.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Employee will be reimbursed for work related travel miles.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
