Manages the Company’s Configuration Management and Data Management Program. Project program Manages Data System’s Records and Document Control program Manages the development of and authorize all policies and procedures for the configuration management, Records and Document Control and Project Management . Plans for future requirements in support of of the Configuration Management, Automation, Document and records management. Establishes and implements the company configuration and document management accounting system and establishes guidelines for informal and formal configuration audits. Performs special projects as directed.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years experience in configuration management, data management, information technology project managment. Knowledge of automated data systems and interfaces is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in process improvement including direct experience in improving the Configuration Management process. . Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting oral presentations required for senior management, customer briefings and training presentations. Demonstrated proficiency in writing skills required for preparing correspondence, policies, procedures and strategic plans and programs EXPERIENCE IN LIEU OF EDUCATION: HS Diploma and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in configuration management, data management, IT operations, or project support—demonstrating increasing leadership responsibility. Direct experience in process improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL-based improvements to configuration and IT project management processes. Extensive hands-on knowledge of automated data systems and integration tools, with demonstrated ability to evaluate, deploy, and optimize enterprise software. Leadership in cross-functional project teams, particularly those involving system migrations, compliance audits, or enterprise-scale configuration changes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with examples of authored policies, technical documentation, or executive-level presentations. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES: CMII certification preferred
