About The Role
The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains a strong, transparent, and proactive safety environment in accordance with regulatory standards and industry best practice. This role oversees the development and execution of programs that support a healthy nuclear safety culture, drive continuous improvement through effective problem identification and resolution, and ensure employees have safe, confidential avenues to raise concerns. The manager works with company leadership to assess organizational health, promote accountability, and reinforce behaviors that prioritize nuclear safety.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
