The Waldinger Corporation is looking for a Manager, Corporate Finance – Financial Systems & Data Analysis to join our Corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team while driving financial insights that shape strategic business decisions across our organization.

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to play a key role in the modernization and integration of financial systems and analytics capabilities within Corporate Finance. This role will drive the transition from traditional reporting methods to modern, technology-enabled insights, ensuring that financial information is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the organization. The Manager will partner with a team of IT professionals, Finance leadership, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain a robust financial systems, data reporting and analytics framework that enhances decision-making and operational efficiency.

- Learn the architecture of the current financial systems in place to provide financial data reporting and analysis that support both operational needs and strategic decision-making.

- Define and validate financial data requirements to ensure Snowflake data structures support reliable reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Collaborate with IT professionals on the rollout and adoption of Power BI platforms within Corporate Finance.

- Oversee the design of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs such as project profitability and budget variances.

- Design and develop an automated cash flow prediction model through analysis of key variables that drive cash flow outcomes

Lead & Develop Your Team

- Develop training resources to upskill staff and business leaders in the use of financial systems and analytic platforms

- Enhance your team's capabilities in forecasting accuracy and decision support.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Partner with the Business

- Lead the organization-wide budget planning process using Prophix, ensuring data integrity by monitoring data uploads, reconciliations and system validations.

- Establish timelines, workflows, and checkpoints for budget submissions to ensure timely completion.

- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for financial systems initiatives.

- Work with business unit operations and finance leads to understand key metrics, identify data that will drive decisions and develop reporting and analytic solutions .

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Technology - 5+ years of progressive experience in financial systems administration, financial reporting and modeling, and/or data analytics

- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Proficiency in digital finance platforms and tools

Preferred

- MBA or CPA certification

- Proven experience in financial planning & analysis within a large organization, ideally in construction or related industries
