Skilled Machinist our highly encouraged to apply to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and manufacturing processes, with expertise in manufacturing and precision measuring instruments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read blueprints and work with various materials, ensuring high-quality production standards.
*Mandatory Onboard Training must occur during dayshift hours - 5:00 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. prior to moving to Weekend shift. Length of training is dependent upon skillset and ability to acclimate to new machines, processes, and procedures (there is no set timeline).
- Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure accuracy
- Perform electrical discharge machining as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols
- Friday to Sunday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Full-time hours in just 3 days
- Overtime available
- Optional weekday OT for even more earning potential
- Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machining issues
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- $32–$40/hr DOE

- Clean, well-lit shop with modern CNC machinery
- What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines (Mill/Lathe/Swiss)
- Work independently and in cell-based teams
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Ensure part accuracy using standard inspection equipment
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune machining processes
- Deliver high-precision components for aerospace, avionics, and medical industries
- Experience setting up and running CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, and setup strategy
- Proficiency with GD&T and blueprint reading
- Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision
- Must be a U.S. Person for regulatory compliance
- High school diploma/GED or technical school certification
- Solid math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
