SHIFT HOURS, 4 pm-9:30 p.m., MONDAY-THURSDAY and currently every other Friday
Assist with the set-up and operation of die cast machines and trim presses, in an efficient and safe manner to produce quality zinc parts.
Duties:
- Operate die cast and trim press machines in a manufacturing environment
- Set up machines based on job specifications and ensure proper tooling is used
- Perform basic math calculations to verify measurements and dimensions
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Fabricate, assemble, package, and handle materials as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. However, manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Must be dependable and at least 18 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
