Loyalty Program Coordinator
The Loyalty Program Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the loyalty and branding program needs of the Quality Mart and Quality Plus divisions of Quality Oil Company. The Loyalty Program Coordinator is responsible for the development and initiation of programs specifically concerning retail branding and loyalty programs. This person will create, lead, and drive retail loyalty initiatives using multiple sources and methods. The Loyalty Program Coordinator will strive to maintain and increase brand awareness and market share within the QOC communities and areas of business. This person must have a strong knowledge of web and social media marketing and an understanding of KPIs. They will utilize metrics to help make informed decisions that will drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
Oversee Rewards Programs to include
•In-store marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
•Track results and ROI of new and existing programs.
•Enhancement and management of Quality Fleet Cards.
•Continued development and monitoring of Quality Gift Card program.
•Attend Grand Opening Events
•Effectively communicate sales and promotions to store managers, staff, and customers
•Analysis, Design, Development, Initiation and Evaluation of new marketing programs for each division.
•Develop new strategies to improve upon current marketing campaigns and advertising programs.
•Develop, coordinate and produce marketing communication materials (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, SEO and advertisements) via multiple media outlets (i.e. Web, print, social media, outcast media and electronic reader boards).
•Maintain and increase brand awareness and implement programs to maintain and uphold image perception.
•Develop and integrate targeted programs to maximize credit card efficiency.
•Do deep data-driven analysis, drawing conclusions and recommendations to achieve short term and long-term goals.
Requirements
•Degree in Marketing or Marketing Management preferred.
•3-5 years of retail marketing experience
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proven web and social networking marketing success and knowledge
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
•Technical background or working knowledge of data analysis tools
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all business levels
•Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Upholds organizational values
•Up to 50% travel required monthly
•Valid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles Report
•Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for driving a company vehicle
