We have a new opportunity supporting our Southern California utility partners with their SAP Hana (Odyssey) implementation. Agile has been engaged for Organizational Change Management (OCM) and to support the logistics and inventory workstream.

Key Details

- Role Title:

Logistics OCM Consultant – sole contributor (not a manager)

- Location:

Primarily remote (Teams), with one in-person meeting per month in Southern California

Candidate Requirements

- Experience with SCG and/or SDG&E logistics and inventory processes and policies a PLUS

- Experience with SAP a PLUS.

- Ability to identify and communicate impacts of SAP implementation on business processes, people, and systems

- Contribute best practice ideas for logistics and inventory

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence

- Capable of helping develop OCM plans and providing training to work teams .
