We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our warehouse and logistics department. This role combines transportation scheduling with hands‑on warehouse work. No prior experience is required — we will train the right person — but candidates must be comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to perform physical tasks. Growth opportunities are available in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation.
- Pick, pack, and palletize products for customer orders
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks for material handling
- Manage shipping and receiving with accurate documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and support inventory counts
- Follow all OSHA and warehouse safety procedures
- Assist warehouse leadership with daily operations
- Schedule LTL and dedicated truck shipments via online platforms, carrier portals, and email
- Prepare outbound shipments and load trucks efficiently
- Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and brokers to ensure timely deliveries
- Use computer systems to book, track, and update shipments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Willingness to learn logistics systems and carrier platforms
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling
- Forklift or heavy‑equipment experience
- Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
- Strong organizational skills for order picking and inventory
- Supervisory or construction background (helpful for advancement)
- Heavy equipment certifications (preferred but not required)
