Totten Tubes, Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Semi-Truck Driver to join our Cedar City team. This position is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of steel products, hauling loads up to 50,000 pounds throughout the region.
The ideal candidate takes pride in professionalism, punctuality, and maintaining equipment while ensuring excellent customer service at delivery locations.
- Operate a semi-trailer truck to transport steel tube and pipe.
- Deliver materials to customers efficiently and safely.
- Secure and unsecure loads throughout the day using strapping/banding gear.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for loading and unloading as needed.
- Overhead Crane Operation: Control the lifting, moving, and positioning of steel safely, ensuring loads are properly attached and within limits.
- Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, locate, and pull orders from stock.
- Valid Class A Driver's License
- Must be able to operate a semi-trailer truck with a clean driving record.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (Detailed physical demand sheet upon request)
- Equipment Operation:
- Forklift
- Knowledge of overhead crane operation.
- Measurement Skills: Proficient in reading a tape measure and micrometer.
- $ 24-26 per hour based on experience
