How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage contractor and engineer licensing across all U.S. states
- Draft and maintain corporate documents, including Board resolutions
- Oversee company registrations and coordinate annual reporting
- Serve as a superuser of legal tech tools and platforms
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize legal service delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
- Build strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified Paralegal status required
- Notary public or ability to become one required
- Completion of an ABA-approved post-baccalaureate paralegal program preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI
- Experience with legal tech tools (e.g., ELM, Salesforce, CLM/CMS, Wolters Kluwer software)
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
