Role Description

This is a contract role for Leasing & Title Agents. The role is hybrid, based in Gladewater and Tyler, Texas, with some remote work acceptable. The Leasing & Title Agents will be responsible for tasks such as conducting title searches, preparing sovereignty runsheets, and leasing. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

- Experience with Title Searches and Chain of Title

- Skills in handling lease negotiations

- Strong Customer Service skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in land services or a related field is preferred
