Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Lead CMDB ServiceNow Developer with strong CMDB administration skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance ServiceNow capabilities, translate business needs into platform solutions, and drive CMDB improvements. The position is a mix of technical execution, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement CMDB Health Dashboards and CMDB 360

- Map ~600 services and applications

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CMDB, Service Catalog)

- Gather requirements and recommend platform configurations

- Support integration with third-party applications and APIs

- Provide documentation, testing protocols, and training materials

- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants as needed

- Lead CMDB meetings, monitor timelines, and report roadblocks

Milestone Deliverables:

- Assess current CMDB and identify priorities (2 weeks)

- Create plan and timeline to address needs (3 weeks)

- Implement CMDB Health Dashboards (4 weeks)

- Implement CMDB 360 (6 weeks)

- Provide ongoing training and support (daily)

Minimum Qualifications:

- 10+ years ServiceNow development experience - 10+ years CMDB Service and Application mapping - 10+ years ServiceNow CMDB development and administration - 5+ years ITIL, CMDB relationships, and PPM workflow expertise - 5+ years system analysis, design, and programming - 5+ years integrating/managing third-party data sources for CMDB - 5+ years ServiceNow scripting/tools (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) - 3+ years as Project Lead for ServiceNow implementations

- Experience in government sector ServiceNow implementations

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
