Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK for a Land Administrator/Technician. The Land Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to land management, including lease processing, land acquisitions, and real estate documentation. Responsibilities include: maintaining and organizing land records, processing incoming division orders, address changes, and providing support for associated owner relations royalty questions. The role requires a high level of detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Land Administration and Administrative Assistance
Experience in handling land and lease agreements, and knowledge of associated processes
Familiarity with oil and gas lease agreements, division orders, as well as land titles and records
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with different stakeholders
Proficiency with MS Office and Quorum software and tools for document management and data entry
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
Ten years of experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is preferred
