Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK for a Land Administrator/Technician. The Land Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to land management, including lease processing, land acquisitions, and real estate documentation. Responsibilities include: maintaining and organizing land records, processing incoming division orders, address changes, and providing support for associated owner relations royalty questions. The role requires a high level of detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Land Administration and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in handling land and lease agreements, and knowledge of associated processes
• Familiarity with oil and gas lease agreements, division orders, as well as land titles and records
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with different stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office and Quorum software and tools for document management and data entry
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Ten years of experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is preferred
