Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sanblaster/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sandblasting operations, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Sanblast parts when required

- Powder coat and assist with painting duties

- Run Drill press and band saw when required.

- Package products as needed for shipping.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and efficiency.

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as forklifts safely when required.

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.

- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating equipment effectively.

- Experience with order fulfillment practices will be considered a plus.

- Ability to work well within a team setting while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
