Job Description:

Employment Type : Contract (13 Weeks | 36 Hours/Week)

Location: Cody, WY (ZIP: 82414)

Shift: Night Shift | 3x12

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents

- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

- Monitor patient conditions and report changes

- Document care accurately in PCC

- Float between two LTC floors as needed

- Act as charge nurse for assigned unit (no additional charge rate)

Required Skills

- Active LPN license

- Minimum 2 years recent experience in Long Term Care

- Experience working night shifts in LTC settings

- Familiarity with PCC or similar EMR systems

- Ability to float between units

- Must meet 100-mile radius rule
