hands-on Area Supervisor

to help lead our Minnesota operations take charge of your own shop — leading teams, ensuring quality, and keeping standards high.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily cleaning operations in your assigned area

- Train, supervise, and support cleaning teams

- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

- Perform hands-on hood and deep cleaning tasks as needed

- Communicate with clients and report to senior management

What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

- Willingness to work nights and days

- Ability to lead by example and build a high-performing team

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for training

- Experience in commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaning
