We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team in Eastern Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional from another industry looking to start a career in the renewable energy and clean technology sector.
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will receive training and mentorship to help you succeed in promoting ATI-WATT’s innovative energy storage and micro-grid solutions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to build customer relationships, identify opportunities, and support business development.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies for regional growth.
- Engage with customers through site visits, calls, and meetings to understand their needs.
- Learn and promote ATI-WATT’s solutions, including battery energy storage systems and hybrid renewable projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations with support from senior team members.
- Track and report on sales activities and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about the renewable energy sector and stay updated on industry trends.
- Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field, OR prior work experience in another industry with a strong desire to transition into sales.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, micro-grids, or clean technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within Ontario for client visits and site meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an asset.
