Job Title: Junior Sales Representative

Position Overview

We’re currently seeking an outgoing and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Harrisburg team. This is a full-time, entry-level role with paid training provided. As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll represent our clients inside retail locations, engage with customers directly, and play a key role in driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Interact with shoppers inside the store in a professional, friendly manner

- Provide helpful information and answer customer questions about products and services

- Highlight current promotions, discounts, and new product launches

- Record customer interactions, sales activity, and feedback to share with the team

- Take part in team huddles, training sessions, and in-store events to stay engaged and informed

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred but not necessary)

- Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently

- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a face-to-face retail setting

- Open to learning new skills, receptive to feedback, and motivated to reach goals

- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $861.87 - $1,050.18 per week
