Job Description What you're responsible for:
- Assisting with maintaining project schedules for yard upgrades, equipment installations, and facility improvements across CA and AZ sites
- Supporting project managers with coordinating permits and ensuring compliance with environmental, construction, and operational requirements
- Helping track procurement and delivery of recycling equipment, machinery parts, and site materials to keep projects aligned with timelines
- Maintaining organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, safety records, compliance documents, and change‑related files
- Preparing basic progress updates and assisting with communication between yard operations, vendors, contractors, and project leadership
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- You have strong computer skills and can review proposals, interpret technical drawings, and manage project documentation
- You have a hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground mindset, and you’re comfortable working both in an office setting and in scrap yard environments
- You are an independent problem solver who can think quickly, collaborate with operations teams, and help coordinate or schedule repairs
- You currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona, and can travel to multiple sites, including out‑of‑state locations
