**Job Summary**  
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Inventory & Logistics Coordinator** to join our growing industrial operation in Miami. This is a key support role for our production team — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

**Duties**

* Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
* Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
* Coordinate outgoing shipments, packaging, labeling, and documentation
* Work with carriers and freight providers to manage logistics
* Track stock levels and alert the team about reordering needs
* Support production with timely delivery of materials to workstations
* Keep the warehouse tidy and organized, following safety protocols

**Qualifications**

* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, resident, or valid work visa)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* 2+ year of experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics
* Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
* Forklift certification or experience is a plus
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on, physical environment
