This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Intermediate/Junior Mechanical/Piping Design Engineer with occasional travel to site. The role involves designing and developing mechanical and piping systems, performing engineering changes with strong technical skills. The engineer will utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices

- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software

- Knowledge or experience in the nuclear or related industries

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to project needs

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Previous experience with CANDU or similar systems is considered an asset
