We’re the exclusive industrial solutions provider for Generac Power Systems in the Mid-Atlantic and have powered critical infrastructure for over 30 years. If you’re driven, curious, and eager to grow into a six-figure sales career, this is your starting point.
- Support Outside Sales Reps in generating new leads and developing customer relationships
- Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities through phone, email, and CRM tools
- Learn the full Generac product line—including Industrial Generators, Battery Storage, Transfer Switches, and Warranties
- Participate in customer calls, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales activity reporting
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows to accelerate your development
- Partner with Kelly engineering, service, and project management teams to gain full exposure to our sales cycle

- 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or technical support experience preferred
- Interest in B2B sales and growing into an outside sales role
- Strong communicator with solid organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to learn
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with generators, engines, or electrical equipment is a plus—but not required
