•Operate industrial sewing machines to sew various fabrics and create products
•Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to standards
•Follow product guides, patterns, and specifications for accurate production
•Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines
•Select, cut, and organize sewing supplies and materials
•Maintain a clean and organized workstation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS
The following physical demands are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this position. In the course of performing job duties, the employee will be routinely required to stand, sit, walk, utilize hands to fingers for handling and tactile tasks, and engage in effective communication with others. The employee will frequently be required to remain seated and extend hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or transport objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific visual requirements for this position include being able to distinguish different colors.
