Skills/Requirements•Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not required.
•Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
•Knowledge of floor care practices, including buffing and maintenance.
•Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
•Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
•Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
•A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Duties
•Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
•Maintain floors through buffing and polishing to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
•Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
•Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to keep the environment functional and safe.
•Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
•Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
