We are a Squamish based steel fabricator that requires an experienced industrial coating applicator/ Painter.

The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience with abrasive blasting and the application of inorganic Zinc Primers, Epoxies, Polyurethane and Enamel coatings using high pressure liquid spray equipment.

We have a large (6000ft2) fully certified, well ventilated and well lit spray booth and blasting facility. We also have considerable materials handling equipment such as cranes, telehandler, large forklifts etc... to move the equipment through the paint booth. We have all necessary elevated work platforms and scaffold for safe blasting and coating.

The work is primarily indoors in a heated conditioned space. We provide all required PPE for blasting and coating to ensure a safe work environment.

The workpieces consist of tanks, vessels, piping, structural steel and miscellaneous steel that are cleaned to SSPC -6 or -10 and then coated with primer and top coat to customer specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
