**Location:** Norman, OK  
**Job Type:** Contract  
**Compensation:** $30 per kW on all closed deals (example: $240 per average 8kW system)

**About the Opportunity:**  
We're a growing solar company seeking motivated recruiters to help build our sales team. This is a 100% commission-based position where you earn $30 for every kW sold by representatives you recruit and onboard.

**Your Responsibilities:**

* Source, screen, and recruit qualified solar sales representatives
* Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit
* Coordinate with our hiring team to onboard successful candidates
* Earn ongoing commissions from your recruits' sales

**Compensation Structure:**

* Flat $30 per kW for all closed deals
* Average 8kW system = $240 commission to you
* Example: Recruit 5 closers who each sell 10 homes/month = $12,000 monthly potential
* Payments issued after system installation

**Ideal Candidate:**

* 1+ years recruiting experience (solar/roofing/sales preferred)
* Understanding of commission-only roles
* Ability to identify and attract top sales talent
* Self-motivated with strong communication skills

**Additional Details:**

* No base salary - 100% performance-based
* Remote position with flexible hours
