**Job Summary:**

We're hiring an **IT Field Services Technician** to provide on-site and remote deskside support at our Port Neches location. This role involves handling IT incidents and service requests, maintaining end-user devices, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and supporting local infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide hands-on and remote IT support to end users
* Manage tickets, escalate issues, and track resolutions
* Use SCCM for imaging, deployments, and updates
* Troubleshoot VPN, printers (Zebra/Brady), and network devices
* Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
* Participate in local IT projects and provide user training
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed

**Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of IT support or field technician experience
* Proficient with SCCM, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
* Experience supporting industrial printers and VPNs
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
