What You’ll Do

- Handle pre-set, high-intent solar appointments

- Guide homeowners through tailored solar solutions

- Convert opportunities into signed agreements

- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

- 2+ years of proven closing experience

- Background in solar, roofing, or home improvement preferred

- Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)

- Confident communicator and skilled closer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
