What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on mobile equipment
- Read schematics, service manuals, and work independently
- Mentor junior mechanics and contribute to a safety-first culture
- 3–5 years of experience in heavy/mobile equipment repair
- Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and read schematics
- Basic computer skills and your own hand tools
