Responsibilities
•Verify materials and machine to ensure conformance to standards and product specifications.
•Verify all paperwork and equipment settings are according to standard and/or specifications.
•Responsible for inspecting all natural and fished materials before using for production or packing.
•Monitor machine throughout shift to ensure production goals are met.
•Continually perform visual checks for crossed filaments or possible color/texture variations.
•Correctly stack, label, and package finish product.
•Complete detailed necessary paperwork.
•Report any issues and incidents to supervisor immediately.
•Maintain all work areas clean at all times.
•Perform any other duties throughout shift upon supervisor’s request.
Requirements
· Previous heatset experience preferred but not required.
· Basic math skills (addition, subtracting, division, etc.)
· Good communication skills.
· Good organization skills.
· Teamwork motivated.
· Ability to perform multiple tasks.
· Ability to work with instructions, but without direct supervision.
· Dependable attendance in accordance with company policy.
