Pathfinder Inspections & Field Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Hardband Operator position based in Dickinson, North Dakota. If you're looking to put your welding and mechanical skills to work in a fast-paced field environment, we want to hear from you.

Position: Full-Time – Hardband Operator

Location: Dickinson, ND

Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (DOE)

Qualifications:

- Welding experience (Required)

- Class A CDL (Required)

- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues

- NDT inspection and/or oilfield experience (Preferred)

- Self-starter with strong work ethic

- Willing to train motivated candidates who meet minimum requirements

Requirements:

- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
