Brower Mechanical is a leader in energy solutions with a strong commitment to electrification, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us continue growing while staying true to our core values and mission.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This includes managing a team of sales professionals, executing strategic plans, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager and be an active participant in the Leadership Team.
- Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable (LMA).
- Achieve annual revenue goals as set by the Director of Sales.
- Oversee and execute sales processes and strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales training programs.
- Set clear and reasonable customer expectations.
- Participate in weekly L10 leadership meetings.
- Motivate the team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
- Create and maintain accurate and timely sales reports.
- Guide team members to better understand customer needs and objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and one-on-one coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and core values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.- 5+ years of relevant sales experience. - 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Industry experience in energy, electrification, or sustainable living preferred.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
- Proficient with computers and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to climb ladders and walk job sites.
