To join our team as a Field Manager! This person will be directly responsible for managing HVAC Technicians and support staff, recruiting and maintaining a Trade Ally network, and integrating with Program Managers to attain financial and energy savings goals.
Successful candidates will be located in the Oklahoma City for frequent travel within the territory. Company vehicle provided
You’re a great fit if you can…
- Lead, train, and support a team of 3-5 field staff with technical expertise and operational efficiency
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet program needs
- Oversee processes to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting HVAC AC Performance Tune Up's and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory
- Provide technical guidance on installation, configuration, and adaptations per client and manufacturer specifications.
- Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures
- Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
- Offer real-time technical support to field staff
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
- Share project updates and insights with program staff and management
- Travel throughout a defined territory on an as-needed basis in a provided vehicle
- 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting
- High school or GED w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
- Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License required
- EPA Type Universal License required
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Company vehicle provided
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
