What You'll Do:

- Champion customer-first service: Handle new hires, onboarding, benefit/pay changes, payroll prep, terminations, and ad-hoc reporting with speed and accuracy.

- Respond to global inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and stakeholders—resolving issues efficiently and escalating smartly.

- Maintain flawless electronic/paper records, ensuring data protection and confidentiality.

- Spot opportunities for process tweaks and automation to supercharge efficiency.

- Collaborate across teams to align on business needs and fuel our HR evolution.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

- Deep grasp of recruit-to-retire lifecycles and employee experience best practices.

- Deadline ninja: Thrive in high-volume chaos with laser-sharp detail and logic.

- Self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" vibe—organized and independent.

- Crystal-clear communicator (written/verbal) and Excel/Word wizard.

Nice-to-Haves:

- HR background in oil & gas.

- Basic employment law savvy and HRIS tools (Oracle a plus).

- Intermediate/advanced Portuguese.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
