We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Group Leader who will Training, coaching, and encouraging employees to follow proper procedures as well as acting as a role model for the employees in the department is an important aspect of the job. Making sure the job is done right as well as in a safe manner.

- Verifying quality checks and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Balance the workload of team members and demand in the zone.
- Provide direction and assistance on difficult machining operations that require difficult set-up.
- Select materials and allowances.
- Assign, direct and work with others on development and experimental work.
- Problem solving and establishing root cause
- Restoring workflow if problems arise.
- Keeping Zone clean and organized, ensuring everything has a place. (5-S)
- Schedule the area to produce efficiently.
