Join our team at Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls and play a key role in ensuring precision and quality for our customers’ products. As part of our team, you’ll work hands-on with cylindrical OD grinding machines, performing essential operations that bring our customers’ designs to life.

Overview:

When You’ll Work:

Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:20am or 8:00pm to 6:20am

Friday through Sunday, 6:00am to 6:20pm or 6:00pm to 6:20am

What You’ll Make:

$23.00 / hour

- Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment.

- Weekends: work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!

What You’ll Do:

- Safely load work pieces into grinding machines using a hoist

- Set up and operate OD cylindrical grinders for precision work

- Inspect, measure, and finish parts using specialized equipment, tools, and grinding wheels

- Select, mount, and adjust grinding wheels and work pieces

- Read and interpret blueprints to meet exact part specifications

- Perform frequent equipment adjustments

- Ensure consistent quality in every piece you produce
