The Global Services Intern will be responsible for:
- Service offerings efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with programs and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Configure account structures across the service applications.
- Configure process automation tools to support key business metrics.
- Must be currently enrolled at the time internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college; Mechanical Eng. preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
- No relocation assistance.
- Internship is 12 weeks, May 26-August 14, 2026.
