Are you ready to start a hands-on career in the welding trade? We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our busy welding shop as an Entry Level Welder. This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out in the trades who wants to learn welding, gain real experience, and grow into a long-term role.
You'll be starting from the bottom — to be able to reach the stars. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy physical work, and want to build a future in the welding industry — we want to hear from you!
- Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Use a tape measure accurately and make precise cuts on metal materials
- Keep the shop organized
- Use basic hand and power tools (we’ll train you if needed)
- Follow all safety rules and shop procedures
- Take trash out weekly (including picking up after dogs)
- Perform other tasks around the shop as needed
- Some construction or hands-on labor experience preferred
- Must know how to read a tape measure and perform accurate metal cuts
- Interest in learning welding – basic knowledge is a plus
- Must have a valid photo ID and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet- Willingness to help out with all types of shop and yard duties
- $16–$19/hour depending on experience
- First 2 months: 1099 paid via Zelle
- After 3 months: Full-time employee with benefits: Accrued sick time, PTO, Holiday pay
