Position Description: Mechanic – Full-Time (Carrollton, TX)
We’re looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our team in our 12-bay shop located in Carrollton, Texas. This is a full-time position (40–45 hours per week) working with a wide variety of vehicles and equipment.
Our fleet includes pickup trucks, medium-duty bobtails, light-duty crane trucks, tractor-trailers, and other specialized equipment. You’ll work closely with our Shop Manager to keep the fleet safe, reliable, and running at peak performance.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of trucks and equipment
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and DOT compliance checks
- Work independently and collaboratively with the shop team
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards- 3+ years of experience as a mechanic (fleet, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Own basic tools (specialty tools provided)
- CDL or inspection certification a plus but not required
