Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily office operations of our High Pressure Die Casting Company. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of office and human resources management to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- · The implementation of HR related programs and practices.
- · Manage and oversee the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and hiring/firing of all employees.
- · Ensure communication of all HR matters across departments and to management through meetings, text, email communications whenever needed.
- · Assist in the review and development of the annual benefit renewal. Administer and communicate benefit plans company wide. Support the related company with renewal.
- · Manage HR employee files and recordkeeping including I-9, benefit enrollment, deductions, and all other payroll records.
- · Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly pay groups.
- · Ensure accurate payment, withholding and associated filing for all child support, garnishments, benefits, pay rates changes, bonuses, 401K, benefits etc.
- · Manage the record keeping history and files.
- · Prepare the annual reporting requirements associated with the 401k Census, Federal ACA, BWC, OSHA and any other state or federal programs.
- · Maintain, communicate and distribute accurate Master and Meeting calendars as appropriate.
- · Manage employee events and morale programs including monthly lunches and corporate sponsorship events.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and a sense of urgency regarding assigned duties. Accuracy and organizational skills with ability to work independently. Knowledge of all applicable state/federal guidelines/processes. Demonstrate high level of confidentiality. Microsoft Office required.
Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred. Minimum 5 years demonstrated professional office experience including HR/Accounting. Experience in a manufacturing environment and ISO Certification preferred.
