Our trainee program is tailored to kick-start your career and future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding and useful skills valued in many different functions in logistics, transport and supply chain industry.

Training modules are held as a combination of physical and online training. The physical modules (a total of 5 weeks) are held at Blue Water’s headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark. The program will give you the opportunity to connect solid practical experience in the office with theoretical knowledge. All teaching will be in English.
