- Manage a Flow Testing customer location without supervision
- Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift needs
- Mentor, train, and document performance with personnel
- Support and communicate with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor and Manager
- Expert Ability to rig up and rig down equipment, Flow Testing principles and processes
- Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance
- Proper completion of safety paperwork and incident management
- Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager
- Responsible for the daily reporting of costs, inventories and reporting
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education, if candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension
- Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations
- Ability to work unsupervised
- At least 3 years Flow Testing experience
- At least 2 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent leadership ability
- Excellent time management skills
