Regenis is looking for a talented Fiix/CMMS Administrator to join the team full-time. This position pays $31 - $43 an hour.

This position is a key driver of operational success, assuming responsibility for implementing and managing they Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on all Regenis O&M sites. Serves as a resource for operators and management by enhancing, auditing, refining, and communicating usage of the CMMS. Responsible for metric health and visibility for key performance indicators of CMMS usage. Provides New Site planning and onboarding. Identifies and communicates gaps in usage and understanding that prevent efficient use of the CMMS.
- Work independently, as well as in support of other Regenis staff, to implement our CMMS system at anaerobic digester sites across the country.
- Functions as a resource to ensure consistent understanding and use of CMMS system.
- Ensures productivity of CMMS initiatives via
- Work Order audits/reporting
- Data trending
- Inventory management
- Regular audits of various components tracked via CMMS
- License management
- Consistent communication across various media with leadership and customers
- Identifying gaps that are preventing efficient/productive CMMS usage
- Act as the primary Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for the CMMS.
- Travel to sites, as needed, for training, troubleshooting, and supporting operators.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field OR a combination of education and experience that provides necessary qualifications.
- Experience in agricultural production and waste management a plus
- Competence in common productivity software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Power BI or similar)
- Excellent data analysis ability
- Knowledge of applicable software
- Self-motivated, continuous improvement mindset
- Consistently meets the overall goals of Regenis, timely performance of duties
- Outstanding communication skills; excellent customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Ability to obtain a base knowledge in dairy and other waste treatment operations
- Possesses or has ability to obtain a base understanding of mechanical systems
- Team-player, assisting in various areas of the business, as needed
- Interacts with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and employees on a positive level
- Responsive to inter-company personnel
