Neeeco is hiring Field Outreach Reps to represent our brand inside high-traffic retail stores like Walmart, Ace Hardware, and at local events. This is a face-to-face, people-first role where your personality and drive directly impact your paycheck.

What You’ll Do

- Talk to people inside stores and at events

- Start conversations and generate leads

- Help homeowners save money on energy bills

- Represent Neeeco with energy, confidence, and professionalism

Requirements

- Driver’s license + reliable car

- Able to pass background check & drug screen (marijuana excluded)

- Willing to work some weekends

Pay & Perks

- $20–$22/hr base

- Uncapped bonuses

- $60K–$70K+ expected earnings
