HTH Heatech Inc is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to work out of our Calgary, AB facility. The successful candidate will perform installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on a broad range of boilers, burners, instrumentation and controls found in various commercial and industrial applications.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Alberta Gas Fitter – Class A with Interprovincial Red Seal preferred

· Availability for rotational on-call schedule

· Valid Alberta Class 5 (non-GDL) driver’s license with a clean abstract

· Occasional out of town travel may be required

· Ability to physically lift 35 lbs without restrictions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work independently

· Exhibit responsibility, flexibility and initiative

· Troubleshoot, service, maintain, inspect and repair commercial/industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner

· Exhibit professionalism with a high level of Customer Service

· Possess strong written and oral communication skills

· Responsible for maintenance, tools, and inventory of service vehicle

· Responsible for timely submission of time-sheets, expenses, vehicle mileage, etc.

· Knowledgeable with all current codes and regulatory requirements

· Ensure availability when scheduled for on call

· Follow site safety policies, procedures and PPE

· Other duties as required
