Field Service Supervisor – Oil & Gas Equipment | $100K+ | No Overnight Travel

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Marcellus Service & Supply is looking for a high-level, hands-on Field Service Supervisor to lead field operations and support critical equipment across regional job sites.

This is a working leadership role with strong earning potential, no overnight travel, and the opportunity to help implement next-generation equipment systems and technology.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support field technicians on job sites

- Oversee mobilization, maintenance, and demobilization of rental equipment

- Diagnose and repair:

- Vacuum systems

- Industrial pressure washers

- Pumps

- Small diesel equipment

- Coordinate daily field operations and service schedules

- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all jobs

- Serve as the key point of contact between field operations and management

Technology & Innovation

We are continuously improving how we manage and service equipment through modern tools and systems. This role will play an important part in helping implement and support new technology across our operations.

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with technology; will assist with implementation of our AI-driven equipment asset tracking and maintenance program

What We’re Looking For

- Strong electrical or mechanical background (required)

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the field

- Experience in oil & gas, equipment, or similar industry

- Hands-on experience with:

- Pumps, vacuum systems, or pressure washers

- Small diesel engines

- Working knowledge of basic electrical and wiring

- Welding/fabrication experience (a plus)

- CDL not required, but candidates with a CDL may qualify for a higher compensation package

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (evenings/weekends)

- Clean driving record

- Must pass drug screen, physical, and background check

- Must live within 45 minutes of Canonsburg, PA

- High school diploma or equivalent
